The defendants in the trial court have filed two appeals in the same cause, the first from an order granting summary judgment and the second from the judgment itself. At appellants' request, the appeals were consolidated for all appellate purposes.

Both appeals are affirmed. See Johnson v. Studstill, Fla. 1954, 71 So.2d 251.
