Before the Court is appellant's October 24, 2024 motion to file a second amended reply/cross-appellee's brief. We GRANT the motion and ORDER appellant to file his amended reply/cross-appellee's brief no later than November 12, 2024.
Also before the Court is appellant's October 24, 2024 motion to supplement the clerk's record, appellee's response opposing the motion, and appellant's reply. Appellant seeks to supplement the clerk's record with a law firm resume and an email sent to the trial court clerk. Neither of these documents contains the trial court's file-stamp. Because the record does not reflect that the trial court considered these documents, we DENY the motion. See Gen. Elec. Co. v. Falcon Ridge Apartments, Joint Venture, 811 S.W.2d 942, 944 (Tex. 1991) (appellate court may only consider evidence before trial court when it rendered its decision).
