ORDER

On November 23, 2021, the Court issued in the above-docketed matter an Order To Show Cause directing petitioner to show cause why the Court should not issue an Order directing that the small tax case designation be removed in this case. On December 27, 2021, petitioner filed a letter in response to the Court's Order, further explaining petitioner's position herein.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's letter filed December 27, 2021, shall be recharacterized as a Response to Order To Show Cause. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 6, 2022, respondent shall file a reply to petitioner's just-referenced response.
