Order Per Curiam

On March 2, 2017, this Court issued an opinion and judgment reversing and remanding the case to the trial court for further proceedings. This cause is before the Court on appellant's unopposed motion to release cash deposit in lieu of supersedeas bond. Appellant requests that this Court order the Goliad District Clerk's Office to release the $200,000 deposit that enabled appellant to suspend enforcement of the judgment pending appeal.

The motion is GRANTED. We order the Goliad District Clerk's office to release the cash deposit in lieu of supersedeas bond.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
