ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order served July 7, 2023, petitioner was directed to pay the Court's filing fee of $60.00. To date, petitioner has failed to comply with that Order.

However, on July 19, 2023, the Court received and filed a Letter by petitioner dated July 12, 2023. Therein, petitioner states that the Petition in this case was filed in error and expresses his preference that it "be cancelled."

In view of the foregoing, and it appearing that petitioner does not intend to pay the Court's filing fee and prosecute this case, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
