ORDER
Before the Court are the January 6, 2016 motion filed by Mike Wynne, John Hunter Smith and M&S Wynne Family LP to consolidate cause number 05-15-01109-CV, Mike Wynne, John Hunter Smith, and M&S Wynne Family LP, v. Michael Scott Pelley, Individually, Scott Pelley, P.C., a Texas Professional Corporation, and The Pelley Family LP, with cause number 05-15-01560-CV, Scott Pelley, P.C., Scott Pelley, and the Pelley Family Limited Partnership, v. Mike C. Wynne, John Hunter Smith, and M&S Wynne Family Limited Partnership, and the January 6, 2016 motion filed by the same parties for an extension of time to file their brief in cause number 05-15-01109-CV. We GRANT the motion to consolidate the appeals. We ORDER cause number 05-15-01109-CV CONSOLIDATED into cause number 05-15-01560-CV. We DIRECT the Clerk of Court to remove all documents from file number 05-15-01109-CV and refile them in cause number 05-15-01560-CV and treat cause number 05-15-01109-CV as a closed case. We ORDER that all future pleadings be filed in and bear only cause number 05-15-01560-CV.
Because the clerk's records and reporter's records have not yet been filed in cause number 05-15-01560-CV and based on the consolidation of cause numbers 05-15-01109-CV and 05-15-01560-CV, we DENY as moot the motion for extension of time for the filing of appellants' brief in cause number 05-15-01109-CV. All deadlines currently in effect in cause number 05-15-01560-CV remain in effect with regard to the filing of the clerk's and reporter's records. Appellants' brief shall be filed within 30 days of the later of the date the clerk's record or the date the reporter's record is filed in cause number 05-15-01560-CV.
