An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 6, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And Dawne A. Mitchell, Esq., The Legal Aid Society, having moved to be relieved as counsel for the subject child, Brayden L., and to substitute other counsel for the purposes of appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of striking the designation of assigned counsel Dawne A. Mitchell, Esq., predecessor to Janet E. Sabel, The Legal Aid Society as counsel for the subject child, Brayden L., and substituting, pursuant to Section 722 of the County Law, Kenneth M. Tuccillo, Esq. 591 Warburton Avenue, #576, Hastings on Hudson, N.Y., Telephone No. 914-439-4843, as such counsel. Sua sponte, the appeal is adjourned to the September 2019 Term.
