ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On November 3, 2022, petitioner Jeanne L. Miersma filed a Ratification of Petition with respect to petitioner Marion A. Miersma, Deceased, and a Declaration of Jeanne L. Miersma in Support of Ratification of Petition. The declaration references decedent's death certificate as an attachment to that document. However, there is no death certificate attached to the declaration, as filed with this Court.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before December 5, 2022, petitioner Jeanne L. Miersma shall file a supplement to her above-referenced declaration and attach thereto the death certificate for petitioner Marion A. Miersma, Deceased.
