The Court issued T.C. Memo. 2024-32 in these consolidated cases on March 25, 2024.
On June 21, 2024, docket entry 98, in Docket No. 22545-17, respondent filed a Computation for Entry of Decision.
By Order dated July 3, 2024 (docket entry 99, Docket No. 20763-17; docket entry 101, Docket No. 22545-17), the Court noted that it appeared that respondent's Computation for Entry of Decision in Docket No. 22545-17, filed June 21, 2024, docket entry 98, did not comply with the Court's March 25, 2024, Opinion, and the Court directed respondent to file with the Court a status report addressing the potential discrepancies. Additionally, the Court ordered respondent, if necessary, to file an amended Computation for Entry of Decision.
On July 24, 2024 (docket entry 100, Docket No. 20763-17; docket entry 102 Docket No. 22545-17), respondent filed a status report indicating that respondent's Computation for Entry of Decision in Docket No. 22545-17, filed June 21, 2024, docket entry 98, inadvertently included errors as described in the Court's Order dated July 3, 2024, and that respondent's counsel had requested revised computations to correct any errors.
On August 2, 2024, docket entry 104, in Docket No. 22545-17, respondent filed anew a Computation for Entry of Decision.
On August 15, 2024, the Court received a voice message from respondent's counsel indicating that respondent had determined the Computation for Entry of Decision in Docket No. 22545-17, filed August 2, 2024, docket entry 104, contained an error which respondent's counsel would detail in a forthcoming status report. Respondent's counsel further represented that respondent is currently revising the computations to correct the discovered error.
As of the date of this Order, respondent has not filed a status report detailing the indicated error in the computations.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before September 13, 2024, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible then separate reports) as to the then-present status of these consolidated cases. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before September 19, 2024, if necessary, respondent shall file an amended Computation for Entry of Decision in Docket No. 22545-17.
