DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 10, 2013, to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 10, 2014, and extended by decisions and orders on motions of this court dated August 4, 2014, March 5, 2015 and June 30, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper papers, including an affidavit showing that respondent was served with the motion.
