Appeals — Jurisdiction — Commonwealth Court — Interpretation and enforcement of Act of Assembly — Act of July 31, 1970, P. L. ___ .
The Commonwealth Court is one where the application, interpretation and enforcement of an "act of the General Assembly regulating the affairs of political subdivisions, municipality and other local authorities or other public corporations or of the officers, employes, or agents thereof, acting in their official capacity . . ." is involved: Act of July 31, 1970, P. L. 673, § 402(4).

Appeal, No. 72, March T., 1971, from order of Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, No. 1531 of 1970, in case of Borough of Midland v. Midland Police Department, American Arbitration Association and Thomas J. McDermott. Transferred to Commonwealth Court.

Petition for preliminary injunction to stay arbitration denied. Plaintiff appealed.

This matter is herewith transferred to the Commonwealth Court as it is one where the application, interpretation and enforcement of an "act of the General Assembly regulating the affairs of political subdivisions, municipality and other local authorities or other public corporations or of the officers, employes, or agents thereof, acting in their official capacity . . ." is involved. See Act of July 31, 1970, P. L. 673, Art. IV, § 402(4), 17 Pa.C.S.A. § 211.402(4).
