Motions of defendant for new trial and for judgment n.o.v. denied and judgment entered on the verdict. Defendant, Albright and Friel, Inc., appealed. Appeal, No. 899, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, No. 2874 of 1973. Argued September 11, 1978.
