MEMORANDUM OPINION
Appellant's brief was originally due on November 15, 2004. Appellant filed a motion for extension of time to file the brief on November 17, 2004. An extension was granted until December 15, 2004, with the notation that no further extensions would be granted absent exceptional circumstances. Appellant filed another motion for extension on January 3, 2005, which was granted until January 18, 2005, again noting that no further extensions would be granted absent exceptional circumstances. On February 4, 2005, appellant filed a third motion for extension, stating that the brief would be filed on February 7, 2004. The court held this motion because there was insufficient time to rule on it. No brief was filed on February 7, 2005. On February 24, 2005, the motion was denied as moot. On March 10, 2005, the court issued an order directing appellant to file a brief on or before March 25, 2005, or the appeal would be dismissed for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(b).
Appellant filed no response.
Accordingly, the appeal is ordered dismissed.
