ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

By Order issued April 12, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee for consideration. To date, petitioner has failed to comply with the Court's Order.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee) is extended to February 2, 2022. If no filing fee is received by February 2, 2022, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
