Upon due consideration of petitioner's Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories and Production of Documents and Motion to Calendar, both filed May 24, 2024, and of petitioner's Motion to File Document Under Seal, filed May 28, 2024, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to File Document Under Seal, filed May 28, 2024, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the Exhibits at Docket Entry 42 filed May 28, 2024, shall remain sealed and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case except by an order of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before July 18, 2024, petitioner shall file with the Court for the public record redacted versions of the above-referenced Exhibits that fully redact the Exhibits in accordance with Rule 27 of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. It is further

ORDERED that on or before July 18, 2024, respondent shall file responses to petitioner's Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories and Production of Documents and Motion to Calendar.
