ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 23, 2023, in New York, New York.

On September 29, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that a basis of settlement has been reached and they are working on calculations. The parties have requested an additional sixty (60) days in which to submit a further status report or decision documents.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 23, 2023, in New York, New York. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 10, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a further status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
