On June 2, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Strike as to the Taxable Year 2020. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 6, 2021, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion to dismiss as to 2020. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion to dismiss as to 2020.
