By Order issued December 26, 2023, the Court directed petitioner's counsel Barry Allen Furman to file an entry of appearance in this case. No entry of appearance was received. It further appears that Mr. Furman needs to update his contact information with the Court's Admissions section, as his contact information in the Court's records does not match the contact information he provided on the Petition.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the time for Barry Allen Furman to file a entry of appearance in this case is extended to March 14, 2024. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this order on Barry Allen Furman at the address he listed for himself in the Petition.
