Opinion
No. 77-950.
April 25, 1978.
Appeal from Circuit Court, Dade County; Jack M. Turner, Judge.
Corlett, Merritt, Killian Sikes and Gerald E. Rosser, Miami, for appellant.
Smathers Thompson and Hugh J. Turner, Jr., Miami, for appellee.
Before HUBBART and KEHOE, JJ., and CHARLES CARROLL (Ret.), Associate Judge.
The summary judgment appealed from is affirmed, on the ground that the trial court correctly held the appellee's security interest was superior to that of the appellant. See: Nasco Equipment Co. v. Mason, 291 N.C. 145, 229 S.E.2d 278, 284-285 (1976).
