Emin Toro Judge.

This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's October 21, 2024, San Francisco, California, special trial session. On March 22, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 16) along with supporting Declarations of Patrick Roecker, Michi Liu, Rick Carrera, Samuel Klein, and Darren Lee (Docs. 18- 24).

On May 9, 2023, petitioner filed a Response to Respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 37) along with supporting Declarations of Baylee Beeman and William Bonano (Docs. 39 & 41) and a Memorandum in Support (Doc. 43) of its Response. The parties have filed additional motion papers since petitioner filed its Response (Docs. 48, 64, & 65).

The Court would benefit from oral argument to resolve the matters presented in the motion papers. For cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is set for hearing at a remote Special Session scheduled to commence on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). Washington, D.C. shall be listed as the place of trial for this remote Special Session. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.

This Order constitutes official notice to the parties of the scheduled hearing.
