On June 21, 2024, counsel Justin L. Campolieta filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Respondent in both of these consolidated cases. The Motion filed in Docket No. 19571-23 is improper as Mr. Campolieta is not counsel of record in that case.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that Justin L. Campolieta's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Respondent in Docket No. 36721-21 is granted, and Justin L. Campolieta is withdrawn as counsel for respondent. It is further

ORDERED that Justin L. Campolieta's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Respondent filed in Docket No. 19571-23 is stricken from the record in the case.
