This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's October 21, 2024, San Francisco, California, special trial session. On March 31, 2023, petitioner filed an unopposed Motion for Leave to File Amendment to Petition (Doc. 28). Also on March 31, 2023, petitioner filed an Amendment to Petition (Doc. 27). The Amendment to Petition should have been lodged and not filed.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall (1) change the docket entry for petitioner's Amendment to Petition filed March 31, 2023 (Doc. 27) to reflect that the document was lodged on March 31, 2023, and (2) add a cover page to petitioner's Amendment to Petition that bears an eLodged stamp of March 31, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Leave to File Amendment to Petition filed March 31, 2023, is granted, and the Amendment to Petition is filed as of the date of this Order.
