MICROSEMI CORPORATION & SUBSIDIARIES, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

On March 22, 2023, respondent filed a Declaration of Rick Carrera in Support of Respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment with a cover sheet entitled "Declaration of Patrick Roecker in Support of Motion for Partial Summary Judgment" (Doc. 17). On the same date, a second Declaration of Rick Carrera in Support of Respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment was filed with a cover sheet entitled "Declaration of Rick Carrera in Support of Motion for Partial Summary Judgment" (Doc. 20). It appears that the only difference between the two Declarations of Rick Carrera in Support of Respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is the cover sheet. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's first Declaration of Rick Carrera in Support of Respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. 17) is hereby deemed stricken from the record in this case.
