On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal and the motion to remand are considered, and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the Court of Appeals decision of October 23, 2001, and REMAND this case to the Michigan Public Service Commission for reconsideration in light of the order of the Federal Communications Commission, in In the Matter of Wisconsin Public Service Commission; Order Directing Filings, CCB/CPD No. 00-01, Memorandum Opinion and Order, FCC 02-05 (rel. January 31, 2002). The motion to file a supplemental brief is GRANTED. The motion to withhold decision is DENIED as moot. The motion for temporary admission to practice before the Court is GRANTED.

We do not retain jurisdiction.
