By order of March 22, 2002, the application for leave to appeal from the October 19, 2001 decision of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Koontz v Ameritech Services, Inc (Docket No. 116366). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on June 12, 2002, 466 Mich. 304 (2002), the application is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgment of the Kent County Circuit Court and REINSTATE the decision of the Employment Security Board of Review, for the reasons set forth in Koontz, supra.
