ERRATA SHEET

The Court's opinion certified on October 1, 2024, is revised to

• correct footnote 1 by replacing "Caribou was not Michaud's direct employer but is the named party in this matter along with the Maine Auto Dealers' Association Workers' Compensation Trust" with "Caribou Ford-Mercury, Inc., also does business as Griffeth Ford. The other named party is the Maine Auto Dealers' Association Workers' Compensation Trust" and

• correct footnote 6 by inserting "not" between "does" and "require" in the last sentence so that the clause reads "but it does not require an employee to prove he has reached MMI to qualify for specific-loss benefits."

The original decision on the Court's website has been replaced with the decision as revised.
