Michaelyan v. Eassa

Supreme Court of Florida, Special Division A
Jan 14, 1949
38 So. 2d 304 (Fla. 1949)

Opinion

January 14, 1949.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Palm Beach County; C.E. Chillingworth, Judge.

Egbert Beall and M.D. Carmichael, both of West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Gibson Gibson and Paschal C. Reese, all of West Palm Beach, for appellee.

The question presented on this appeal is whether the evidence, when considered as a whole, establishes a sale or a conditional sale of some oriental rugs. We have studied the record, examined the briefs of counsel and heard oral argument at the bar of this Court. We fail to find error in the record.

Affirmed.

TERRELL, Acting Chief Justice, and CHAPMAN, HOBSON and BROWN, JJ., concur.
