Michaels v. Michaels

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 29, 1951
279 App. Div. 616 (N.Y. App. Div. 1951)

Opinion

October 29, 1951.

Present — Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ.

Appeal by defendant from so much of a judgment of separation as directs him to pay respondent $30 a week for her support; and from so much of the "findings" of the court as "directs" that the said payment be made. Judgment, insofar as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Insofar as the appeal purports to be from "findings" of the court, the appeal is dismissed, without costs.
