Order so far as appealed from modified by eliminating provisions for production of books, records and papers on the ground that no application was made or order obtained therefor as required by section 296 of the Civil Practice Act, and as so modified affirmed. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
