An order of this Court having been entered on August 30, 2022 (M-2898) granting respondent-appellant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 06, 2022, and assigning Steven Feinman, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal; and a motion having been made to by such counsel to be relieved, and to withdraw the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of striking the designation of Steven Feinman, Esq., as assigned counsel to prosecute defendant's appeal and deeming the appeal withdrawn.
