Respondents having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on March 23, 2017, and having moved for the appeal to be put over term,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Laura Etlinger, Esq., dated November 7, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a respondents' brief is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 30, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 15, 2017, and inserting in its place the date December 18, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered October 30, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date November 30, 2017, and inserting in its place the date January 2, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to put the matter over term is granted and the appeal is removed from the Court's day calendar for January 9, 2018, and is added to the term of this Court commencing February 20, 2018.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to file and serve the respondents' brief will be granted.
