By order of October 31, 2022, the application for leave to appeal the July 21, 2022 order of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in Christie v Wayne State Univ (Docket No. 162706 ). On order of the Court, the case having been decided on May 2, 2023, ––– Mich ––––, ––– N.W.2d ––––, 2023 WL 3213922 (2023), the application is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE the order of the Court of Appeals and we REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in light of Christie .
We do not retain jurisdiction.
