Order

On order of the Chief Justice, the joint motion of the parties to extend the times for filing their supplemental briefs is GRANTED. The supplemental brief of plaintiffs-appellants will be accepted as timely filed if submitted on or before January 13, 2023, and the supplemental brief of defendant-appellee will be accepted as timely filed if submitted within 21 days of being served the plaintiffs-appellants' supplemental brief.
