Order

On order of the Chief Justice, the separate motions of Dan Stamper and Manuel J. Moroun to participate as amici curiae are GRANTED, and the amicus briefs submitted on April 8, 2015, are accepted for filing only to the extent that they address the issue raised by defendant-appellant in its application for leave to appeal. The request in amicus Moroun's brief to raise three additional issues is DENIED. On further order of the Chief Justice, the second motion of defendant-appellant to extend the time for filings its reply brief is GRANTED. The reply brief submitted on April 16, 2015, is accepted for filing.
