ORDER

Douglas B. Shapiro, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to file an amicus curiae brief on behalf of Michigan Press Association, Graham Media Group, WDIV-TV, Gray Media Group, Inc., and New World Communications of Detroit, Inc. is DENIED. The motion and brief do not meet the requirements of MCR 7.212(H). The proposed amicus curiae brief that was received with the motion is not accepted for filing.
