On June 21, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration. The Proposed Stipulated Decision references "the stipulation of the parties in this case." However, no such settlement stipulation has been filed.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 12, 2024, the parties shall file a settlement stipulation. It is further

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision will be held in abeyance pending the filing of a settlement stipulation.
