An appeal from the Circuit Court of Dade County, Eleanor L. Schockett, Judge. Lower Tribunal Case Nos. 96-22440.

Sheehe Vendittelli; Cozen O'Connor and Michael A. McKenzie (Atlanta, GA); Kramer, Green, Zuckerman, Kahn Greene and Robert I. Buchsbaum (Hollywood), for appellants.

Miami Tower Associates Limited Partnership and others appeal summary judgments entered against them and in favor of Simplex Time Recorder Co. and Tri-City Electric Co. We conclude that genuine issues of material fact preclude disposition of this matter by way of summary judgment. See Morris v. Morris, 475 So.2d 666, 668 (Fla. 1985); Holl v. Talcott, 191 So.2d 40, 43 (Fla. 1966). Thus, we reverse the summary judgments and remand for further proceedings.
