It is Ordered that the prior order of this Court dated March 28, 2017, is amended to clarify that the enforcement of the final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, New York County (Jean Schneider, J.) dated November 7, 2016, and the warrant of eviction, pending the determination of respondent-appellant's appeal is stayed.

It is Further ordered that pursuant to the decision and order of the Hon. Jean Schneider dated November 7, 2016, respondent-appellant shall continue to pay use and occupancy at the last rental rate by the 5th of each month, without prejudice.
