Appellant having moved to reargue a motion order of this Court entered November 26, 2018, which denied as untimely a prior motion to vacate dismissal of the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on December 15, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of James P. Mhina received January 7, 2019, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
