Disposition: The Motion for Substitution of Party is denied. The Motion for Expedited Consideration is denied. The Appellees' suggestion of death is well-taken, and the motion to dismiss appeal as moot is denied. The judgment terminating Appellant's parental rights is vacated. The case is remanded to the chancery court with instructions to dismiss as moot the Appellees' claim for termination of parental rights. The parties shall bear their own costs.
