ORDER

WHITMAN KNAPP, Senior United States District Judge

Having considered Plaintiff's application for expedited discovery, it is hereby ordered that:

1. By no later than December 6, 2002, Plaintiff shall serve by fax on Defendant's counsel copies of Plaintiff's Fourth Request for the Production of Documents and Things and Plaintiff's Second Set of Interrogatories.

2. Defendant Trendmasters shall respond to Plaintiff's Fourth Request for the Production of Documents and Things and Plaintiff's Second Set of Interrogatories by no later than December 16, 2002, and shall simultaneously produce copies of all documents and things responsive to Plaintiff's Fourth Request for the Production of Documents and Things as well as all documents and things responsive to Plaintiff's Second and Third Requests for the Production of Documents and Things.

3. Pending further order of this Court, Defendant shall not destroy or otherwise dispose of any documents or things responsive to any of the discovery requests enumerated hereinabove or previously served by plaintiff in this action.
