The court's opinion in this matter issued October 4, 2017. On October 5, 2017, the State filed a motion asking this court to change the designation of the opinion from "memorandum opinion" to "opinion" and to change the publication designation from "do not publish" to "publish." After consideration, we GRANT the State's motion and ORDER that the designation of the opinion and judgment in appellate number 04-16-00735-CR, styled Janie Meza v. The State of Texas, be changed from "Memorandum Opinion" to "Opinion" and that the publication designation be changed from "Do Not Publish" to "Publish."

We order the clerk of this court to serve a copy of this opinion on all counsel.
