HIGHWAYS AND STREETS, § 540 — "No Parking" zone painted on street, pedestrian injured by slipping on. Where pedestrian allegedly slipped in wet paint used in marking a section of the street "No Parking," verdict for plaintiff was contrary to manifest weight of the evidence, where city employee testified he used a quick-drying paint which dried in 10 minutes, that he stayed there until paint was dry, and plaintiff's companion did not know whether paint was wet or dry.
