HIGHWAYS AND STREETS, § 540"No Parking" zone painted on street, pedestrian injured by slipping on. Where pedestrian allegedly slipped in wet paint used in marking a section of the street "No Parking," verdict for plaintiff was contrary to manifest weight of the evidence, where city employee testified he used a quick-drying paint which dried in 10 minutes, that he stayed there until paint was dry, and plaintiff's companion did not know whether paint was wet or dry.

Appeal from Circuit Court of St. Clair county; Hon. MAURICE V. JOYCE, presiding.

Reversed and remanded. Heard in this court at October term, 1939.
