MOTION TO WITHDRAW PENDING MOTION TO DISMISS


On May 21, 2004 defendants Wanda Lundahl, Lynn Jaggi and Debbie Brager moved to dismiss the claims against them pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6). ( Motion to Dismiss, docket nos. 8, 9). Since the filing of the Motion, plaintiff and defendants have stipulated to the dismissal of most of the causes of action relating to these defendants, making the bulk of the pending motion moot. ( See order, docket no. 14). Plaintiffs have since expressed their intention to amend the complaint to clarify claims and parties not already dismissed. Therefore, Wanda Lundahl hereby moves to withdraw the pending Motion to Dismiss from the Court's docket.
