ORDER DISMISSING PLAINTIFFS' CLAIMS AGAINST DEFENDANTS LOGAN CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND LOGAN CITY CORPORATION, RELATING TO JANUARY 27, 2000 INCIDENT, WITH PREJUDICE


Based upon the parties' Stipulated Motion for Order Dismissing Plaintiffs' Claims Against Defendants Logan City Police Department and Logan City Corporation, Relating to the January 27, 2000 Incident Alleged in the Amended Complaint, With Prejudice, and for good cause appearing, the Court GRANTS said motion and hereby ORDERS, ADJUDGES and DECREES that all of plaintiffs' claims against defendants Logan City Police Department, Logan City Corporation, and their employees, relating to the incidents alleged in the Amended Complaint to have occurred on January 27, 2000, are dismissed with prejudice.
