Having reviewed the parties' Stipulated Motion for Order Dismissing Defendants Lynn Jaggi, Debbie Brager and "Donna" With Prejudice and for good cause appearing, the Court GRANTS said motion and hereby ORDERS, ADJUDGES and DECREES that defendants Lynn Jaggi, Debbie Brager and "Donna" are dismissed from this action with prejudice.
