ORDER


This matter is before the court on Defendant's Motion to Join Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic Winter Games of 2002 for the Purpose of Determining Fault. There being no opposition to the motion, and for good cause appearing, Defendant's Motion is GRANTED. While the Salt Lake Organizing Committee ("SLOC") may not be subject to liability in this action, it may be joined as a defendant in this action for the sole purpose of determining SLOC's percentage of fault so that liability for any such fault is not borne by Defendant International Sports Broadcasting.
