On June 14, 2023, Mr. Meyer filed a Motion to Strike arguing that the Court should strike from the record the Declaration of Deborah Aloof in Support of Response to the Petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment and the exhibits and materials referenced in that declaration. The Motion recites that the Commissioner objects. To obtain the Commissioner's views, it is
