On June 14, 2023, Mr. Meyer filed a Motion to Strike arguing that the Court should strike from the record the Declaration of Deborah Aloof in Support of Response to the Petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment and the exhibits and materials referenced in that declaration. On July 27, 2023, the Court ordered a response to the Motion to Strike, but that Order contained an erroneous reference in the Ordered paragraph. We will vacate and correct that order. To obtain the Commissioner's views on the Motion to Strike, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order served July 27, 2023, at docket entry 36, is vacated. It is further

ORDERED that, by August 11, 2023, the Commissioner shall file with the Court a response to Mr. Meyer's Motion to Strike.
