This case was set for trial at the Court's January 30, 2023, Miami, Florida trial session. On November 21, 2022, the Court granted the parties joint motion for continuance, retained jurisdiction, and ordered a status report due February 24, 2023. On February 23, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report informing the Court that discovery requests are being exchanged and requesting that the Court issue an Order for another status report within 6 months. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 25, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report.
